We are seeking a Sales Manager! Manage a small team of Inside Sales Reps and be in charge of some major accounts. Duties will include communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction, as well as being the liaison with the graphics and operations team to guarantee products reach their ultimate destination and on schedule. You will also focus your team on business development and attending tradeshows.
- 5+ years’ B to B sales experience required with 1+ years of management
- Startup experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to set goals, policies, compensation plans, etc. for the Sales Team
- Excellent base salary with Quarterly Bonus program
- Realistic $85K-$125K first year earnings
