Our client is currently searching for a Director of Customer Success where you will manage a team tasked with new client on-boarding, account management, and customer support. You will drive customer success outcomes and manage all customer success activities to ensure your customers are receiving the best value and best service. Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience managing a Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management department REQUIRED!
  • A history of creating a new department at an IT-related startup a big plus!
  • Familiar with sales and sales processes
  • Analytical and process-oriented

Compensation:

  • Strong base salary! $100K to $150K (depending on experience)
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision
  • 401K
