This company is currently searching for a Director of Sales Operations who is a multi-tasker, exceptionally organized, and process-oriented. In this role, you will not only be leading the Sales Operations team, but you will also be developing sales analytics, billing and pricing systems, sales compensation plans and quotas, and much more. Your previous experience building systems and teams will greatly come in handy here as this role will focus heavily on identifying and implementing improvements, as well as refining existing sales operations policies and procedures. Are You Qualified?
- 5+ years’ sales operations management experience required!
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Must have previous experience building teams and systems!
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamix a big plus!
