Success Does Not Require Talent!

Often times people believe that in order to be successful, you must be talented. While being talented certainly holds many benefits, there are also many ways to be successful that require zero talent. Molly Fletcher, CEO of The Molly Fletcher Company, recently posted an article to LinkedIn that describes ten behaviors that require no talent and can contribute greatly to an employee’s success in the workplace.

  1. Being on time
  2. Work ethic
  3. Effort
  4. Body language
  5. Energy
  6. Attitude
  7. Passion
  8. Being coachable
  9. Doing extra
  10. Being prepared

Molly states, “Remember that talent is never enough. The best of the best don’t rest on what they were born with – they dig down to get the most they can!”
