Unlike their competitors offering shared workspace, this company provides clients with their own private offices, including reception, conference rooms, kitchen, etc. Their innovative workspaces also provide their clients with a virtual community platform that connects offices located around the globe.
- Prospect for new clients and build leads via cold calling and emailing
- Setup face-to-face meetings with potential clients and foster new relationships
- Develop sales strategies to build a book of business
- Record all sales activities into a CRM
- 2 – 8 years’ sales experience with WeWork, Regus, or other coworking space companies required!
- Previous experience in the commercial real estate industry strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- A go-getter with a hunter mentality
- Must be a driven self-starter
