Our client is in the industry of providing co-working office spaces and specializes in providing flexible, alternative office spaces for technology companies. Unlike their competitors, who offer a shared workspace, this company provides clients with their own private offices. This includes a reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, etc. Their innovative workspaces also provide their clients with a virtual community platform that connects offices located around the globe.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative:

  • Prospect for new clients and build leads via cold calling and emailing
  • Setup face-to-face meetings with potential clients and foster new relationships
  • Develop sales strategies to build a book of business
  • Record all sales activities into a CRM

Requirements of the Business Development Representative:

  • Minimum of 2-8 years of commercial sales experience in the real estate industry
  • Sales experience with other coworking space companies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • A go-getter with a hunter mentality
  • Must be a driven self-starter
  • Real estate license a plus

Compensation for the Business Development Representative:

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $120,000
  • 1st year earnings $100,000 - $200,000
  • Bonus opportunities
