- Build and lead an enterprise sales team
- Assist and coach team members in all stages of selling to reach targets and performance metrics
- Develop sales strategies and implement best practices to maximize pipeline, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, and more
- Assist and close multi-million-dollar transactions
- 5 – 15 years’ enterprise sales experience required!
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate
- Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Real estate or real estate brokerage license a bonus
