Our client is currently looking for a Site Manager for one of their self-storage facilities. This person must be business-minded, personable, outgoing, and sales-oriented, as well as responsible and independent. In this role, you will be in charge of the daily operations of your facility – your duties will include, but are not limited to, following opening and closing procedures, providing superb customer service to patrons and prospects, manage the rent collections, and more. If you enjoy daily challenges and working in a family-oriented environment, this could be a great fit for you!
Qualification for the Site Manager:
- 15+ years’ relevant experience required!
- Sales-oriented, personable, and responsible
- Exceptional customer service skills
- PC and tech-proficient; efficiency with Microsoft Excel
