Escrow Assistant – Greater Seattle Area

As an Escrow Assistant, you will be joining an established team that is very collaborative, so you must work well in a team environment. We’re looking for someone that is motivated; with a great attitude and a passion to be a part of a dynamic and successful office. You will process title and escrow agreements while communicating with all parties involved in the transaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in escrow
  • Ability to work as a critical member within a team environment
  • Customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills via email and phone
  • Ideally, a book of business to bring with you

Duties:

  • Review title commitments and purchase/sale agreements
  • Communicate with all parties in the transaction
  • Pull and draw escrow closing documents
  • Prepare funding packages and balance files for closings for and with lenders
  • Receive additional tasks as assigned
