Title & Escrow Sales Representative - Lynwood, Everett, and Seattle - WA

As a Title & Escrow Sales Representative, you will close new title and escrow clients from both lenders and real estate agencies. As part of an experienced and established sales team, you must work well in a group environment. We’re looking for someone motivated, with a great attitude, and a passion to be a part of a dynamic and successful office.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in Escrow Sales or Sales in a related industry (i.e. mortgage, lending, real estate)
• Excellent B2B sales skills
• Ability to work as part of a sales team
• Knowledge of real estate and lending industries
• Customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ideally, a book of business to bring with you

Duties:

• Close new clients from lending institutions and real estate agencies
• Business Development and Sales Prospecting
• Work with the Title and Escrow teams to service clients
• Manage client relationships

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $50,000 - $70,000
• Total 1st year compensation: $80,000 - $150,000
