Branch Manager – Vancouver, WA

As a Branch Manager, you will be managing a very experienced and established team, so you must have excellent leadership skills. You will also be given your own escrow clients, or, if possible you will bring along an established book of business. We’re looking for someone motivated; dedicated to creating a positive office environment and to training and developing your team. You will provide leadership to the escrow team and be a producer yourself. You will manage roughly 10-20 team members, including escrow officers, assistants, and receptionists.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years’ experience in escrow
• Ability to work as a critical member within a team environment
• Customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Excellent communication skills via email and phone
• Ideally, a book of business to bring with you

Duties:

• Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of workers in offices
• Establish and maintain relationships with individual and business customers and provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter
• Prepare operational or risk reports for management analysis
• Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budgets
