Escrow Officer - Greater Seattle Area

Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in escrow
- Bringing a book of business with you is strongly preferred
- Ability to work as a critical member within a team environment
- Customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone
- Ideally, a book of business to bring with you
Duties:
- Review title commitments and purchase/sale agreements
- Communicate with all parties in the transaction
- Draw escrow closing documents
- Prepare funding packages and balance files for closings for and with lenders
- Receive additional tasks as assigned
