Title Examiner – Vancouver, WA

As a Title Examiner, you will be joining a supportive and established team, so you must work well in a group environment. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, has a positive attitude, and a passion to be part of a dynamic and successful workforce. As an examiner, you will report to the Title Officers who review produced reports.
Duties:
- Research the history of a property to identify potential problems, claims, or discrepancies that may interrupt a sale or refinance
- Create Title Reports
- Investigate possible discrepancies and work to resolve them
- Copy and/or summarize recorded documents
- Prepare rejection notices when documents are not acceptable
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Title Examiner
- Customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone
- Ideally, a book of business to bring with you
